Secure Messaging: 1:1 or team messaging with more than 100 colleagues give you the option to send text messages & share images or lists instantly.
Forums: Search & join a forum on a specific topic or create your own to share best practices & create points of contact within an organisation.
Gallery: Take images with Pando and store them in your personal in-app gallery, so you can come back to them whenever you need to. You can also upload images from your device and then delete them from it, to make sure your work and personal images are being kept separate.
Active Directory: Connect with anyone in your Trust, or across the wider region and search by name, role, speciality or organisation name.
Lists: Create tasks for a patient, add information & images and share them with a colleague or a team to keep them updated.
Unavailability Toggle: Turn off your notifications for 1 hour, 48 hours, indefinite or a customisable time that fits your needs. Your colleagues will know when you are available and you will never be disturbed outside of your shift again.
Security: Pando is PIN protected, making it safe to use on your personal device. All data is stored in the cloud on our ISO-certified servers. Only verified health and social care professionals are able to create a Pando account.
Pando complies with the latest NHS Digital and NHS England guidance on the use of instant messaging in the NHS. It is Cyber Essentials certified and complies with all the relevant security standards under the Data Security and Protection (DSP) Toolkit and GDPR. Making sure that the data is kept safe is our priority, so you can do your best work possible without worrying.
