Pentaton has decoders for all major high-resolution lossless formats, including the most demanding 11.2 MHz DSD256 recordings. It automatically configures your external DAC to support the highest fidelity, up to 32 bit / 768 kHz — or 705.6 kHz when playing DSD256 over PCM.
Pentaton’s audio engine uses a circular buffer to make sure your gapless albums are played back seamlessly, without the slightest interruption. It also provides lossless AirPlay streaming, even when using AirPlay 2, for perfect CD quality playback.
