- The application displays a mission statement field that should be filled first. This is the personal constitution of the user.
- Then roles can be added. It is advised to not have more than 7 roles for one week.
- In front of each role a goal to complete for the current week can be filled. When 7 roles are complete, the user has 7WeeklyGoals to complete.
- When clicking on the goal the content is copied to clipboard. This allows to easily paste every goal to the calendar
- There is a button switch to allow to pass the current role/goal to an Ideas list. The use is usually to add role/goal that we think about but is not a priority for the coming week. It allows to keep track of the goal
- On the Ideas list there is a similar button switch to put back the role/goal to the roles list. The Ideas can be used as a draft list, and when the role/goal is prioritized it is switched to roles list
- When clicking on the role the current role/goal is removed
