New Features
Support for the Web Message App
Providers using the mobile app can respond to messages using the new message response method, Web Message Reply. This replaces Text to Speech if the caller has opted in to receive SMS messages. The provider simply types a message, and the patient receives an SMS with a link. When opened, the link launches the WMA and displays the provider’s message in a clean, user-friendly web interface.
Note: Web Message Reply will show as an option for callers who have opted in for WMA. Until then, and for callers who have opted out or not opted in, the Text to Speech option will continue to display. This is caller specific.
