Quick-entry for Apple Reminders: Remind Me Faster gets tasks into Apple Reminders the moment they cross your mind. Your most-used times, locations, and lists are available with a couple of taps so nothing slows your flow. It’s also available on your Lock Screen, control center, and share sheet.
There's no need to switch task managers; Remind Me Faster is a companion to the Reminders app that's already on your device. Reminders you add can be viewed in the built-in Reminders app.
• Use natural language to set times, locations, priority, or lists — e.g. “Reply to Mike tomorrow 10am”, “Check out the new album leaving work”
• Set common time or location alerts with one-tap presets
• Quick-switch lists with gestures
• Set priority — ! !! !!!
• Lock Screen, Control Center, and Action Button launchers
• Share sheet, Shortcuts, and URL scheme
• Nudges to finish saving reminders
Remind Me Faster is indie-made, without tracking or ads. Most functionality is free, with some extras available as one-off purchases.
Quoi de neuf dans la dernière version ?
Remind Me Faster 5.5 brings significant Natural Language Input improvements: Lists, locations, priority, and smarter date detection.
Natural language input improvements:
• List detection — List names typed in the reminder title will trigger a thumb-reachable button to switch in one tap. Detects partial matches (first few characters) for long list names.
• Location detection — Any preset locations you’ve defined in settings will now be detected when typed in the reminder title. This triggers a thumb-reachable button to select the location. A preceding “arriving” or “leaving” is also detected. Detects partial matches (first few characters) for long location names.
• Date detection — Date & time modes can now auto-switch based on what’s typed: So “Tuesday 9am” will enable date & time mode, while “Tuesday” will only set a date. Additionally, if 9am has already passed, typing 9am will now automatically select tomorrow (this was previously a setting, which has now been removed). “At ” or “on ” preceding times and dates are now also detected.
• Priority detection — Typing !, !!, or !!! in a reminder title automatically sets the corresponding priority.
• Any suggested lists, locations, or dates can now be accepted with a new keyboard shortcut: Shift+Cmd+Return
• Most new Natural Language Input features can be disabled if you prefer.
These improvements are available for free for anyone who’s already purchased the Natural Language Input feature.
Other improvements:
• Date & time mode toggle (in the bottom right) is now more clearly a toggle, with clearer iconography. Additionally, the selected date icon has a little flip animation when switching modes.
• Long-pressing on preset times now subtracts a day, much like long-pressing ‘+24h’.
• Selected date formatting now handles past dates in a friendlier way.
• Selected location icon now faces away when location is set to leaving. Tap the selected location for a silly little animation.
• Made list confirmation icon clearer in list picker
• Renamed the unsaved reminders live activity to “Reminder rescue”, and the dynamic island view now uses the new app icon glyph with the current list colour.
• Fixed a visual bug where opening the app on macOS would sometimes appear to not switch back to the correct list.
