The Project & Resource Management features implement the following project planning & tracking workflow:
a) Project Planning - Set project targets: planned start date, duration, finish date, effort and cost.
b) Task Planning - Using the Critical Path Method
b.1) Tasks Without Predecessors - Add tasks setting the following targets: planned start date, duration, finish date, effort and cost.
b.2) Tasks With Predecessors - Add tasks setting the following targets: planned duration, task dependencies, planned effort & cost.
The Critical Path Method calculates the following task planning targets: planned start & finish dates.
b.3) All Tasks - The Critical Path Method calculates the following task planning targets: earliest & latest start & finish dates, total & free floats.
c) Resource Planning - Add project resources providing resource identification, category, availability, and cost details.
d) Resource Allocation - Allocate project resources to tasks providing allocated quantity, and allocated daily hours.
e) Resource Projections Screen & Chart - Evaluate resource & task level allocation values projected for weekly & monthly periods.
f) Project Cost Projections Screen & Chart - Evaluate project, resource category, and resource level costs projected for weekly & monthly periods.
g) Task Tracking - Track task execution providing actual start & end dates, actual effort & effort to complete, and actual cost & cost to complete.
h) Project Tracking - Analyze project execution data: actual start & end dates, actual effort & effort to complete, and actual cost & cost to complete.
h.1) The "Project Planning & Tracking" screen provides project & task effort & cost based progress indicators.
h.2) The "Project Gantt Chart" screen highlights project & task planning & tracking dates, progress, and delay risks.
The Time Tracking feature allows you to track the time spent on your project tasks
a) The Time Tracking Dashboard screen allows you to automatically track the time spent on your project tasks.
b) The Time Sheet Details screen allows you to manually track the time spent on your project tasks.
c) The Time Tracking Report & Chart provide the daily, weekly, and monthly total times spent on your projects & tasks.
d) The Task Timer screen allows you to automatically track the time spent on one particular project task.
e) The Task Time Split screen allows you to split one particular task time record into two records.
f) The Task Time Transfer screen allows you to transfer one particular task time record from the task to another.
The Project Billing Feature allows you to configure project & task billing settings, and create & export project billing reports.
a) The Project Billing Settings screen allows you to configure several project billing parameters such as regular time rate and daily & weekly overtime rates & limits.
b) The Project Planning & Tracking screen includes the "Billable" switch, which allows you to identify the project tasks that should be billed.
c) The Billing Report Details screen provides a multi-level billing report encompassing the following sections: Report Summary, Weekly Summary, Daily Summary, and Daily Details.
d) The Billing Report Export button allows you to export billing reports with different levels of granularity.
The To Do Lists feature allows you to create, maintain, and track Project & Task Level To Dos.
Smart Arrow Project Manager® supports iCloud connectivity, which ensures that all local database changes are uploaded to the iCloud database, and synchronized with your iPhone and iPad devices.
The Standard App provides the following features: Project Management, Time Tracking, and To Do Lists.
The "Premium" Subscription Plans provide the following features: Resource Management, Manual Time Sheets, and Project Billing.
The "Premium Plus" Subscription Plans provide to the "Premium" features plus: Amazing Charts, and Family Sharing.

In-App Purchase Changes
The "Smart Arrow PM Premium" Product has been replaced by the Premium & Premium Plus Subscription Plans.
> Current clients will retain full access up to Smart Arrow Project Manager Version 9.0 functionality.
> Current clients can also purchase subscription plans, in order to continue having full access to future Premium or Premium Plus Features.
The following Subscription Plans are now available:
> Premium - These plans provide the following features: Resource Management, Manual Time Sheets, and Project Billing. These plans also provide "One Month Free" Introductory Offer.
> Premium Plus - These plans provide the following features: Resource Management, Manual Time Sheets, Project Billing, Amazing Charts, and Family Sharing. These plans also provide "Two Months Free" Introductory Offer.
The "Support & Settings" screen now includes the "Premium Subscription Plans" option, which provides access to the following screens:
"Premium Product Purchase" screen
This screen is presented for clients that have already purchased the "Smart Arrow PM Premium" product.
This screen provides details about the product purchase transaction, and ensures the client retains full access up to Smart Arrow Project Manager Version 9.0 functionality.
"Subscription Plans" Screen
This screen provides details about the available subscription plans such as premium features, prices, billing cycles, and introductory offers.
This screen allows the client to purchase subscription plans by selecting the chosen subscription plan, and touching upon the "Subscribe" button.
This screen allows the client to change subscription plans by selecting the new chosen subscription plan, and touching upon the "Change Plan" button.
"Manage Subscriptions" Screen
The "Entitlements" tab provides information about the client's current entitlements.
> The "Current Plan" section provides details about the currently purchased or granted (via family sharing) subscription plan.
> The "New Plan" section provides details about the newly purchased or granted (via family sharing) subscription plan.
The "Entitlements" tab allows the client to take the following actions upon the currently purchased subscription plan:
> Cancel Subscription by selecting the subscription plan and touching upon the "Cancel Subscription" button.
> Request Refund by selecting the subscription plan and touching upon the "Request Refund" button.
The "Transactions" tab provides information about the client's full transaction history including: Purchases, Upgrades, Cancellations, Expirations, and Revocations.
"Restore Purchases" Screen
This screen allows the client to restore all purchases, entitlements, and associated transactions by touching upon the "Restore Purchase" button.
Request Review Process - New Functionality
The Request Review Process has been redesigned adopting Swift UI & Store Kit 2 technology.
The Request Review Screen is presented whenever the number of Data Entity Updates performed reaches a certain limit within a certain period of time.
Resource Tasks Screen - New Functionality
This screen includes the following additional columns:
> Allocated Daily Hours (HH:MM) - This column allows the user to provide the number of daily hours required when allocating the selected resource to one or more tasks. (A)
> Available Daily Hours (HH:MM) - This column shows the selected resource's available daily hours. (A)
Task Resources Screen - New Functionality
This screen includes the following additional columns:
> Allocated Daily Hours (HH:MM) - This column allows the user to provide the number of daily hours required when allocating one or more resources to the selected task. (A)
> Available Daily Hours (HH:MM) - This column shows the allocated resource's available daily hours. (A)
