Sol.App - ToDo, Task Manager
iOS Universel / Productivité
Hey, I’m building Sol.App to be the kind of task manager I’ve always wanted — simple, clean, and actually enjoyable to use.
In this update, I completely redesigned the app. It’s now more intuitive, better looking, and easier to navigate. Whether you're planning your day or managing something bigger, Sol.App gives you space to focus — without distractions.
Here’s what’s inside:
• A brand new design — minimal, thoughtful, and easy on the eyes
• Smarter task and project management
• Real-time sync to keep everything up to date
• Light and dark mode, depending on your mood
I use Sol.App every day to keep my own work on track. Hope it helps you do the same.
Quoi de neuf dans la dernière version ?
Over the last few days, I found myself building Sol.app in exactly the same conditions many of you work in.
An unstable connection. Internet dropping in and out. A VPN that works for a while, then suddenly doesn’t. In moments like these, it becomes very clear how fragile any system can be — and how important it is for it to behave honestly.
This update is about those moments.
I spent a lot of time fixing issues related to networking and VPN usage. Not rare edge cases, but everyday situations: you open the app and there’s simply no connection. Before, Sol.app could behave a bit ambiguously — as if everything was fine, even though it had already gone offline.
I didn’t like that. Not as a founder, and not as a user.
So I made a simple, but important change. Sol.app now clearly shows when it’s working in offline mode. No illusions. No guessing. You immediately understand what’s happening and can calmly continue working instead of wasting focus trying to figure out “what broke”.
This release isn’t about new features or big announcements. It’s a hotfix. About stability. About respecting your time and attention — especially if you often use a VPN or deal with an unreliable internet connection.
I’m still looking for that extra hour — for myself and for Sol.app. And sometimes it’s not found in new capabilities, but in removing the friction that quietly gets in the way every single day.
Moving forward. Calmly.
