The application is developed to provide a platform for customers to log complaints related to material received and provide feedback to Tata Steel. This system also pertains to details of complaints received, status of complaints and action taken to resolve those complaints. This app allows users to track complaints and facilitate timely resolution of complaints logged by empowering customers.
