Our March update delivers the full Shadow Boxing experience, a brand new 7 Day MMA Grappling Program, and major upgrades to the free 5 Day Program with new Boxing Basics, Grappling Movements, and a Shadow Boxing Preview. We’ve also added four new Boxing Basics lessons and translated the entire app into German for an even better global experience, as well as bug fixes.
