Mind Frame reads your State of Mind entries from Apple Health and places them alongside the rest of your health data — sleep, heart rate, HRV, activity, and more — to surface patterns across all of it.
You don't log anything in Mind Frame. It works with data you've already recorded, and shows you what keeps coming back.
Sometimes the pattern is obvious once you see it. Sometimes it isn't. Mind Frame doesn't tell you what to think — it shows you the shape of your days, so you can start to notice things yourself.

How to get started:
Mind Frame reads State of Mind entries from Apple Health's Mental Wellbeing section. You can add these via the Health app, an Apple Watch, or any app that writes to Apple Health. Once there's data to read, Mind Frame brings it together with your other health signals in one view.
Privacy:
All processing happens on your device. No account required. Nothing is sent to any server. We can't see or access your data — and we built it that way deliberately.
