The 'Blue Hour' is well known and popular with photographers and is used to take beautiful photos in the morning or to make twilight. The sun has already set or has not yet risen and the sky has the same brightness as the buildings. Depending on your GPS coordinates, this app shows you when exactly this time is in the morning and in the evening.
