Cellar Lab adds a pro planning and education layer for collectors:

Everything is designed for personal inventory and tasting-note use. Cellarium does not sell alcohol, does not enable transactions, does not provide live market pricing, does not require an account, does not collect personal data, and includes a privacy manifest declaring no tracking.
