1. Chat and Basic Experience
- Internal groups now support adding group Kanban. You can to add documents, smart sheets, and app pages to the Kanban, and chat while monitoring work progress.
- Now allow users to quickly answer voice calls without unlocking the device or opening the call screen.
- During chats, you can now long-press added emojis to reorder or delete them, making emoji management more convenient.
2. Smart Sheet
- It provides a variety of internal collaboration templates that can be added to the "Group Kanban", enabling chat while monitoring the task and performance progress. Automatic group messaging will also be sent when data updates occur.
- Enterprises across all industries can use the Smart Sheet in critical business processes to achieve efficient collaboration throughout the entire process. For example, the manufacturing industry can use templates such as "Order Scheduling", "Production Planning", and "Supply Chain Management", while the wholesale/retail industry can use templates such as "Store Operations", "Member Maintenance", and "Inventory Turnover".
- Each position can find suitable templates in their work and start using them directly. For example, HR can use templates such as "Recruitment Progress Management" and "Attendance Management", while procurement department can use templates such as "Supplier Management" and "Purchase Order Management".
- The customer service and sales team can use the "Customer Service and Sales Follow-Up" template to automatically synchronize customers on WeChat to a smart sheet, enabling centralized tracking of service and sales processes.
- The Smart Sheet is integrated with the DeepSeek model to manage customers in WeChat, supporting intelligent summarization of customer follow-up records, helping members extract communication points, and improving service efficiency.
- After synchronizing the data of "Contact Customers" and "Customer Group" into the Smart Sheet using the "Customer Service and Sales Follow-up" template, an AI summary field will be automatically added.
- Members can use this field to intelligently summarize their follow-up records of adding customers, without the need for manual organization, and automatically fill in the Smart Sheet.
- Added a "Percentage" field type, which can be used to calculate and display data proportion and change rate in scenarios such as sales performance analysis, financial indicator statistics, and work progress management.
- Added a new formula template library with over a hundred formula templates (such as ranking calculation, duplicate value tagging, daily accumulation, etc.), enabling data calculation in different scenarios without the need to write formulas.
- Added 21 new functions (such as SUMIF, WEEKNUM, etc.) to meet statistical requirements such as conditional summation and calculation of cycles.
- The number of automation configurations has been increased to 200. In project and business management, more rules can be set to automatically drive business actions.
- When searching for records in automations, it is supported to terminate the process by setting "When no record that meets the condition is found". It can be used to automatically check the recorded content at regular intervals and set reminders according to the situation. Regularly check the inventory of goods and remind suppliers to replenish when the inventory is insufficient.

- WeCom Email is now fully compatible with IT Application Innovation standards. Enterprises can utilize IT Application Innovation-compliant email services to meet IT Application Innovation compliance requirements.
- You can now set up a "Mail App Owner" who can manage email accounts, public mailbox, email groups, and advanced email features for members within the scope of management.
- Enterprises can now set "Alias Address" through APIs, making batch settings more efficient.
