Quoi de neuf dans la dernière version ?
NEW
- This app version ensures that editing asset attributes in the mobile app is possible only for those users who have the corresponding permission set up in Asset Manager (Service Automation).
- We’ve improved the behavior of the Parts screen in the Record Count section to make data entry more intuitive and accurate. Previously, the On Hold, Repaired, and Damaged fields displayed a default value of 0, which could cause confusion during updates. These fields are now empty by default. You can enter any number, including 0, and the record count will save successfully.
FIXED
- In some cases, after you added an attachment to a new work order and selected Next, the Confirm/Create WO button was grayed out on the Confirm WO Information screen. We've fixed it.
- Upon creating a service request, you've might encountered the following error message: Unable to fetch priorities scheduled date. This occurred because an incorrect date format was being sent to the server. A work order can now be created successfully without triggering the priorities scheduled date error.
