XpenseTracker is a comprehensive expense tracking and reporting application for anyone wishing to track their expenses and/or mileage. Its ease of use, full features and great interface make it an essential tool for every iPhone/iPad user. Its power even extends to the desktop by allowing emailing or exporting of the expense reports and accompanying photo receipts directly to the desktop. It will save you time and money.

* Records all of your expenses and provides a running total for each log
* Completely customize categories, sub-categories and payment types
* Completely customizable fields you choose to use or not. Unused fields are hidden when adding new expenses
* Sort expenses by "Date" , "Category", "Payment Type" or "Client."
* For each category, the last payment type is remembered further simplifying data entry
* Keeps a frequently used list for many fields

* Easy mileage tracking with MANY different options:

Required Subscription
The app requires either a subscription to AutoTrack or Unlimited Usage.
Subscription Details:
* Choose between Unlimited Usage or AutoTrack (includes unlimited usage)
* AutoTrack is a feature that will automatically track your drives. All you need to do is carry your device with you.
* Payment charged to iTunes account at confirmation of purchase
* Automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
* Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period
* Either subscription is available on monthly or a yearly basis.
Optional Subscription - HumanScan:
* Human Scan will allow you to take a picture of a receipt and have an actual human extract the key information and update your expense entry. You do NOT need this add-on if you simply want to take photos of your receipt as the app already has that built-in.
Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life

**** Version 1.4.2 (mid October 2024) ***
* Improvements to Device Sync feature based on some subtle changes in iOS 18.
* Added a preference to allow turning off automatic expanding of Notes field in PDF reports. (in Prefs under new section named PDF Reports).
* Fixed a circumstance where using the automatic expanding notes feature could cause the app to quit.
* Toggling header and section header within the Expense List screen now remembers last state.
* Fixed an issue where under iOS 18 and setting up Device Sync if app could not find necessary files the appropriate error message was not displayed.
* Fixed some screens which were not laid out properly under iOS 18.

* The notes section in PDF reports now will grow to fit the full text of the notes (will also shrink if necessary only taking enough space in the report to show the note).

* Do you use the XpenseTracker Pro Widget ? If you use AutoTrack then you should be using the widget. Now you can glance at the widget and instantly see if AutoTrack is enabled or not. Plus, you can see if AutoTrack is currently set to track your drives (the time is within the "When To Track" preference).
* New preference which will allow you to have the app prompt you to retain photo receipt links when duplicating a log.
* Some minor UI fixes and bug fixes.

* TAP on the section header * - While in the Expense List screen, tapping on a header will toggle if the mileage in that section is displayed in the header. Tapping one more time will return to no additional information being displayed. This new feature does not apply if you are sorting by Category or sorting by Payment as the app already shows the total mileage for those mileage section.
* Added new 3rd line display option for mileage entries - Drive Time
* Fixed an bug when syncing entry categories sometimes not synced properly
