Clacks
iOS Universel / Jeux
Stack fast. Beat your time. Beat your friend.
Clacks is a hand-drawn cup-stacking arcade. Tap cups in the right order, watch them snap into place with a satisfying CLACK, then unstack them back down. Beat your time. Beat your daily best. Beat six mascot opponents in a tournament.
Game features
- Three real cup-stacking patterns: 3-3-3, 3-6-3, and the full Cycle chain. Each pattern uses the descriptive notation that any cup stacker recognizes.
- Six mascot opponents drawn from a small cast of friendly faces: Pip the eager kid, Doc the methodical builder, Gran the sneaky grandma, Bolt the precise robot, Pup the speedy dog, and Goof the cup-dropping clown.
- Five play modes: Quick Stack to set personal records, Daily Stack with a shared worldwide pattern that rotates at midnight UTC, Tournament knockout against the six mascots in sequence, Practice mode with hint highlights that show the next cup, and Local 2-Player split-screen so two people can race on a single device.
- A hand-drawn cardboard aesthetic. Every cup is drawn with a loose ink line and a small wiggle so the row of cups feels well-loved.
- Procedural marimba soundtrack with a light drum kit. The music speeds up during the final cups of every run so the finish always feels like a sprint.
- All sounds and music are synthesized on device. There are no audio files in the binary -- the clacks, bonks, and cheer chords are generated procedurally each time they play.
- Local records for personal best by pattern, daily best, and tournament progress.
- Twenty hand-curated achievements covering target times, daily streaks, tournament wins, mascot match-ups, and a few small surprises.
- On-device data only. SwiftData keeps your run history, daily attempts, tournament progress, and achievement unlocks locally.

Progress Chart — see how your best time moves day by day.
A line chart in Stats and Pro Lab shows your fastest completed run on each of the last 30 days, per pattern. A trend label tells you exactly how many seconds faster (or slower) you have moved over the window — "↓ 1.23s faster over 8 days." A dashed personal-best reference line anchors the chart so you can see how close your daily performance sits to your all-time best. All computed on device from your existing run history.
Personal-Best Delta — know immediately if you improved.
The result screen now shows a badge below your time: "0.48s faster — new PB!" in green when you beat your record, or "0.35s off PB" in a neutral chip when you fall short. First run on a new pattern shows "First 3-3-3 finish!" instead. No extra taps required — the comparison appears automatically every time you finish.
Full Run History Browser — browse all your runs, not just the last 10.
A "Full Run History" button in Stats opens a scrollable list of every run ever recorded, with filters for pattern, mode, and finished-only. The previous Stats screen only showed the 10 most recent; now the complete local history is browsable in-app. The CSV export in Pro Lab still works for external spreadsheet analysis.
