Lease Ledger
iOS Universel / Productivité
LeaseLedger helps renters keep move-in condition notes, repair requests, lease dates, deposit reminders, and move-out tasks in one local packet.
Version 1.0 stores records locally and includes sample apartment notes for review.
Quoi de neuf dans la dernière version ?
This update focuses on the move-out moment when your deposit is actually on the line.
- **Deduction worksheet.** Log each line your landlord proposes to withhold, mark whether you accept it or plan to dispute it, and see exactly how much of your deposit you should expect back. For worn items like carpet or paint, enter the item's age and LeaseLedger uses general HUD-style useful-life estimates to suggest a fair prorated charge — and flags when a deduction looks higher than that.
- **Insights.** A new charts screen sums up your records by status and category, shows how due dates cluster over time, and breaks your deposit down into what you'll likely get back, what you accept, and what you're disputing. Everything is calculated on your device.
- **Move-out reminders.** Opt in to a local reminder a few days before your state's deposit-return deadline, with an option to also be reminded on each open record's due date, so the follow-up window never slips past you.
Your deduction details now flow into the PDF rental packet and the plain-text summary too. As always, LeaseLedger stays fully offline — no account, no ads, no tracking, no in-app purchases — and remains an organization tool, not legal advice.
