- Scan your receipts in 15 different languages using the receipt scanner. Take a picture from your Zoho Expense app and an expense will be created automatically.

- Connect your personal and corporate credit cards; Zoho Expense fetches card feeds instantly and converts the statements into expenses.
- Catch up on pending expense reporting tasks with the help of Zia, your assistant.
- Approve reports instantly and move them toward reimbursement.

Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that product.

- The dashboard has been redesigned for easier access and improver user experience. Tasks that were previously available under the Zia Assistant tab have now been moved to the top of the dashboard, giving you immediate visibility into pending items the moment you land on the home screen.
- The trip detail screen now features an all-new interface. The redesigned layout offers a cleaner, more intuitive look and lets users view full booking details directly within the trip, giving complete visibility.
- We've unified the design of all list pages, including Trips, Reports, Expenses, Advances, and their respective approval lists for improved usability. Users can switch between two view modes: Compact view for a denser, data-focused layout, and Card view for a more visual, spacious presentation. Additionally, pending items now have a primary filter placed outside the filter dropdown for quicker access to actionable records.
