EventTally keeps small event planning grounded: guests, supplies, food counts, budget notes, day-of tasks, and a simple run sheet.
Version 1.2 adds a guest-count Supply Planner, a planned-vs-spent budget with cost per guest, and a PDF run sheet. It stays local-first with sample events for App Review. No account, ads, payments, or ticketing are included.

**Task reminders**
Add a reminder to any task and EventTally will nudge you a day, a few days, or a week before it's due — so the chairs get picked up and the ice gets bought on time. Reminders are local notifications scheduled right on your device.
**Event history with charts**
Save a finished event as a snapshot, then watch your history build up. See how many guests you typically host, what you spend per guest, and a chart of spending across past events. It's the running picture every regular host wishes they had.
**One-file backup and restore**
Save everything — tasks, your event profile, budget, and saved-event history — to a single JSON file you own. Share it, keep it safe, or restore it on a new phone in one tap.
You can now also name the event you're planning, and that name flows into the run sheet and exports. Everything stays 100% offline: no account, no ads, no tracking.
