Coilcue is an interval timer built for kettlebell sessions and other repeatable workouts.
Create EMOM, Tabata, AMRAP, or custom work/rest workouts, then run a large countdown with round tracking, haptics, and transition cues.
Workouts and history are stored locally. Coilcue has no account, no ads, no analytics, no tracking, and no subscription.

Coilcue 1.2:
- Weekly activity bar chart on the History tab shows your last 7 days of training at a glance.
- Day-streak counter: see how many consecutive days you have trained.
- EMOM builder now lets you set any interval length (30-300 s), not just 60 s. Great for every-90-second or every-45-second variants used in S&S and heavier lifting.
- Configurable start delay: choose 3, 5, 10, or 15 seconds before round 1 begins (Settings -> Start delay). Longer delays give you time to pick up the kettlebell and get set.
